The company owns this website, owns the advertising account used to promote it, and performs the irrigation work itself. No agency, lead broker or reseller operates on our behalf, and enquiries are never passed to another contractor.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email us about a system you normally provide a name, an email address, a phone number, the property address, and a description of the lawn or the fault. Some people attach photographs of a broken head or the controller display.
• Standard server data. Our hosting provider records the usual request information — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser or crawler user agent — for security and uptime purposes.

This site has no login, no shopping cart and no payment form. We never ask for card or bank details through the website; payment is arranged directly once the work is quoted and completed.

How we use it

• To price the work you asked about and send you a written quote.
• To arrange the site visit, confirm access to the property and schedule the crew.
• To order parts for your job, invoice for work performed and honour the labour warranty.
• To file backflow test certificates with your water provider where that applies.
• To keep this site available and protect it from abuse.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the owner and the technician assigned to your property, and only to what is needed to do the work. Our email provider and our website host process data on our behalf as service providers. Backflow test results are reported to your water provider because the county requires it. We disclose anything further only where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by writing to the address below. We answer within thirty days. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we remove your details from our quote and seasonal reminder lists.

Children

Our services are sold to adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. The version shown here is always the one in force.
